Make ICT skills acquisition mandatory for all healthcare professionals

Utilize ICTs for the establishment of Health Management Information Systems across primary,
regional and tertiary healthcare systems.

Use ICTs to provide education and to combat major national health threats such as HIV/AIDS,
malaria, etc and as an enabler for the provision of the proposed National Health Insurance driven
