Computer Crimes 13 (2) A person guilty of an offence under this section shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both. Prosecution 12. A prosecution under this Act shall not be instituted except by or with the consent of the Public Prosecutor in writing.
