Explanation.—For the purposes of this section, an Examiner of Electronic Evidence shall be an expert.”; Amendment of (©) in section 47A,— section 47A. nee (i) for the words “digital signature”, the words “electronic‘actsignature” shall be substituted; (é for the words “Digital Signature Certificate”, the words “Electronic Signature Certificate” shall be substituted; (@) in section 67A, for the words “digital signature” wherever they occur, the Amendment of section 674. words “electronic signature” shall be substituted; Amendment of (e) in section 85A, for the words “digital signature” at both the places where section 85A. they occur, the words “electronic signature” shall be substituted; Amendment of @ in section 85B, for the words “digital signature” wherever they occur, the section 85B. words “electronic signature” shall be substituted; Amendment of (g) in section 85C, for the words “Digital Signature Certificate”, the words seotion 85C, “Electronic Signature Certificate” shall be substituted; Amendment of section 90A.
