(a)
terms and conditions under which such
services may be obtained, utilised and
terminated;
(b)
terms and conditions relating to the use of
service, billing, repair, fault rectification and
the like;
(c)
choice of tariff packages available to a
subscriber and procedure available for revising
the choice along with the conditions thereof.
