State policy in the field of use of information technologies in public administration is intended to provide increase in efficiency of public administration, justification of the decisions prepared on unified information basis, coordination of activities of public authorities for creation of the state information systems and increase in effectiveness of finance and other costs in this sphere. 3. The created purposes of state policy in the field of development of information technologies determine need of the solution of tasks for plot area of the information society consisting in forming of priorities of development of information technologies in the ministries and departments, creation of the corresponding databases and methods of their use for the purposes of management with the subsequent creation of services for servicing of citizens and the organizations. First of all, these purposes after creation of internal databases require creation of interdepartmental network of data exchange between the ministries and departments for the solution of the tasks set for them. 4.
