of the person or the person’s close relatives, or making other similar allegations, even if they are true, where the compulsion involved is not sufficiently justified in terms of the end which the threat is intended to achieve or, finally, threatening to cause substantial damage to, or destruction of, the person’s property, shall be punished by a fine … or up to 2 years’ imprisonment.
