(6) In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this section and the provisions of section 85, the provisions of this section shall prevail. (7) The Regulator shall issue forthwith any necessary licences and take all other necessary actions within the Regulator‟s powers under this Act to give effect to an agreement nominated by the Minister in writing and involving the Government, SamoaTel, Telecom Samoa Cellular Limited and Telecom Pacific Investments Limited.
