It is necessary to evaluate the distribution of the IT subjects in the primary and secondary schools, as well as the profile of the teaching staff that conducts the IT courses, and, on the basis of these results, to take the appropriate measures to improve the teaching process of the IT subjects and to improve the application of the optional IT subjects in the educational institutions at all levels of education. This is all the more important beacuse the skills acquired by the young are not necessarily helpful in maximizing the benefits.
