ment with cleared representatives of relevant enti-

ties;

(2) the timely sharing with relevant entities of
4
cyber threat indicators or information in the posses-
5
sion of the Federal Government that may be declas-
6
sified and shared at an unclassified level;

(3) the sharing with relevant entities, or the
8
public if appropriate, of unclassified, including con-
9
trolled unclassified, cyber threat indicators in the
10
possession of the Federal Government;

(4) the sharing with entities, if appropriate, of
12
information in the possession of the Federal Govern-
13
ment about cybersecurity threats to such entities to
14
prevent or mitigate adverse effects from such cyber-
15
security threats; and
16
(5) the periodic sharing, through publication
17
and targeted outreach, of cybersecurity best prac-
18
tices that are developed based on ongoing analysis of
19
cyber threat indicators and information in possession
20
of the Federal Government, with attention to acces-
21
sibility and implementation challenges faced by small
22
business concerns (as defined in section 3 of the
23
Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)).
