PART 5 INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION (h) the recipient of the communication; and @ the intended duration for the use of the communication; and a) the necessity for use of powers under this section; and (k) __ the terms for the use and disclosure of the communication to third parties, @) — Upon receiving a request under this section, the Public Prosecutor must take all appropriate measures to execute upon the request in accordance with the procedures-and powers provided under this Act. (4) Upon conducting the measures under subsection (3), the Public Prosecutor must provide the results of such measures as well as real-time coilection or recording of content data of specified communications to the foreign country. , (5) Subsections (1) and (2) must apply mutatis mutandis to Tequests for realtime collection of traffic data in a foreign country. 66 (1) 24/7 Network The Public Prosecutor must ensure that the investigating agency responsible for investigating and prosecuting cybercrime must designate a point of contact available on a twenty-four hour, seven-days-a-week basis. (2) A designated point of contact under subsection (1), is to ensure assistance is immediately provided for the purpose of: (a) _ investigations or proceedings concerning criminal offences related to computer systems and data; or (b) for the collection of evidence in electronic form of a criminal offence, which assistance is to include facilitating, or directly carrying out the fotlowing measures: @ (i) the provision of technical advice; and computer data and expedited disclosure of preserved traffic data; and .
