Automation, new computing models and concepts, and advanced machine learning with elements of artificial intelligence positively stimulate economies but also boost the effectiveness of asymmetric combat and enhance the offensive abilities of cyber security attackers as well as state and nonstate entities. The central challenge for the Czech Republic in this area is to concentrate not only on current cyber security threats, but also to acquire the ability to adapt to the new and constantly changing security environment. To achieve this, the Czech Republic must have the necessary capacities and constantly seek new ways to face current and future cyber threats. 6
