“relevant market” means the product/service market as defined by the
Commissioner in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Law. The
relevant product/service market comprises all those products or services that
are sufficiently interchangeable or substitutable, not only in terms of their
objective characteristics, by virtue of which they are particularly suitable for
satisfying the constant needs of consumers, their prices or their intended use,
but also in terms of the conditions of competition and/or the structure of
supply and demand on the market in question. Products or services which are
only to a small or relative degree interchangeable with each other do not
form part of the same market;
“retail market” means the market for services or products provided to end
users;
“right of use” means the right to use numbers or the right to use radio
frequencies;
“right of use of numbers” means the right granted by the Commissioner
which gives the person to which it is granted rights to use the numbers;

“right of use of radio frequencies” means the right granted by the Director
which gives the person or the operator to which it is granted rights to use
radio frequencies;
“selective incoming call barring” means a facility whereby a subscriber
may request an electronic communications provider to bar incoming calls,
using a simple means, where the presentation of the calling line
identification has been prevented by the calling user or subscriber;
