“radio determination” means the determination of the position, velocity
and/or other characteristics of an object, or the obtaining of information
relating to those parameters, by means of the propagation properties of radio
waves;

“radio equipment” means an electric or electronic product which
intentionally emits and/or receives radio waves for the purpose of radio
communication and/or radio determination, or an electric or electronic
product which must be completed with an accessory, such as antenna, so as
to intentionally emit and/or receive radio waves for the purpose of radio
communication and/or radio determination;

“radio equipment class” means a class identifying particular categories of
radio equipment which, under the provisions of this Law, are considered
similar and those radio interfaces for which the radio equipment is designed;

“radio interface” means the specification of the regulated use of radio
spectrum
“radio spectrum” means radio waves in frequencies under 3000 GHz,
propagated in space without artificial guide;
“radio waves” or “radio frequencies” means electromagnetic waves in
frequencies under 3000 GHz (three million megacycles per second),
propagated in space without artificial guide;
“registered item” means a service providing a flat-rate guarantee against
risks of loss, theft or damage of a postal item and supplying the sender,
where appropriate upon request, with proof of receiving a postal item and/or
of its delivery to the addressee;
