4(f) of 160(I) of 2013. “public postal services network” means a Public postal network: the system of organisation and resources of all kinds used by the universal service provider for the purposes in particular of: * the clearance of postal items covered by a universal service obligation from access points throughout the territory, * the routing and handling of those items from the access point to the distribution centre, * the delivery of the items to their addressee. 2(a) of 104(I) of 2016. “public sector operator” means a state, regional or local authority, body governed by public law, or an association formed by one or several such authorities or one or several such bodies governed by public law; “public telephone network” means an electronic communications network which is used to provide publicly available telephone services. It supports the transfer between network termination points of speech communications, and also other forms for communication, such as facsimile and data; 3(a) of 51(I) of 2012. “publicly available telephone service” means a service available to the public for originating and receiving national and/or international calls, in a direct or indirect manner (i.e. that includes, inter alia, carrier selection / preselection, use of reseller services,), through a number or numbers included in the Telephone Numbering Scheme of the Republic of Cyprus or in an international phone numbering scheme; 3(a) of 112(I) of 2013. 3(a) of 112(I) “putting into service” means the first use of the radio equipment in the European Union by the end user; “radio communication” means communication by means of radio waves; of 2016. 43
