2(a) of 104(I) of 2016. “in-building physical infrastructure” means physical infrastructure or installations at the end user's location, including elements under joint ownership, intended to host wired and/or wireless access networks, where such access networks are capable of delivering electronic communications services and connecting the building access point with the network termination point; “individual right of use” means the individual right of use of numbers or the individual right of use of radio frequencies; “individual right of use of numbers” means the individual right granted by the Commissioner which gives the person to which it is granted rights to use the numbers; “individual right of use of radio frequencies” means the individual right granted by the Director which gives the person or the operator to which it is granted rights to use radio frequencies; “installation” means any wire, cable and/or other means for conveying signals, any tube, pipe, casing, coating, any construction, pole or any other thing used to establish electronic communications networks; “insured item” means a service insuring postal items up to the value declared by the sender in the event of loss, theft or damage; “interconnection” means the physical and logical linking of public communications networks used by the same or a different person in order to allow the users of one person to communicate with users of the same or another person, or to access services provided by another person.
