51 (c) an action, liability, claim or demand against the Telecommunications Commission in connection with procurement by it of services or property. 33. | The commissioner shall keep records of his activities in proper form. 34. | The Telecommunications Commission shall establish an official website accessible to the public which it shall regularly update and on which it shall publish updated information that is useful to service providers, users and investors in understanding the legal and regulatory conditions relevant to the telecommunications sector of Solomon Islands. 35. = (1) Subject to subsection (3), a body shall be a recognised service provider association for the purposes of this Act if— (a) the Telecommunications Commission has approved its application to be recognised as such; or (b) the Evaluation Committee has recognised it as such while the office of the commissioner is vacant. (2) An association is qualified to be a recognised service provider association for the purposes of this Act if— (a) it is open for membership of any service provider in Solomon Islands; (b) its representatives are selected and decisions are made in a manner that is fair to all members; (c) it applies procedures to ensure that no exchange of confidential information or other cooperation occurs that may constitute or lead to collusion or other contravention of section 60; and (d) the Telecommunications Commission or Evaluation Committee, as applicable, has no other reason not to recognise the body. (3) The Telecommunications Commission may after providing prior written notice withdraw recognition of a Records of the Commission Website Service provider associations
