Early warning system 26. - (1) The Authority shall establish an early warning system in respect of human initiated risks that are likely to undermine the cybersecurity of the country. (2) The Authority shall implement the early warning system in order to advise the public on cybersecurity matters. PART VII — MISCELLANEOUS Regulations 27. The Minister may, on the advice of the Authority, make regulations for carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Act and for such matters as are envisaged by the provisions of this Act or as the Authority may deem necessary.
