2. A person that voluntarily reports about cyber incidents shall be imposed no obligations in relation to the submission of a report. I promulgate this Law passed by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania President of the Republic Dalia Grybauskaitė Annex to the Republic of Lithuania Law on Cyber Security IMPLEMENTED EUROPEAN UNION LEGISLATION 1. Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002 on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services (Framework Directive) (OJ 2004 Special Edition, Chapter 13, Volume 29, p. 349) with the latest amendments adopted by Directive 2009/140/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 (OJ 2009 L 337, p. 37). 2. Directive (EU) 2016/1148 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 July 2016 concerning measures for a high common level of security of network and information systems across the Union (OJ 2016 L 194, p. 1).
