2013, No. 10 Crimes 25 (3) Persons lawfully assembled may become an unlawful assembly if they, with a common purpose, conduct themselves in such a manner that their assembling would have been unlawful if they had assembled in that manner for that purpose. Riot-(1) A person who takes part in a riot is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two (2) years.
