The Authority shall, acting in accordance with its objectives as stated in this Act and in the Malta Communications Authority Act, encourage and where appropriate, ensure, in accordance with the provisions made by or under this Act, adequate access and interconnection and interoperability of services in such a way as to: (a) (b) (c) (d) promote efficiency; promote sustainable competition; promote efficient investment and innovation; and give the maximum benefit to end-users.
