Article 155. Sexual intercourse with a sexually immature person
1. Sexual intercourse with a sexually immature person, shall be punishable by restraint of liberty for a term up to three years or imprisonment for the
same term.
2. The same actions committed by a parent or surrogate parent, or where they caused sterility
or other grave consequences, shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to five years.
Article 156. Debauchery of minors
1. Debauched actions committed in regard of a person under 16 years of age, shall be punishable by arrest for a term up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to
three years.
2. The same actions committed in regard of a young child, or by a parent or surrogate parent, shall be punishable by restraint of liberty for a term up to five years, or imprisonment for a
term up to three years.

Article 157. Preclusion of the right to vote
1. Preclusion of a citizen from free exercise of the right to elect and be elected to the office of
the President of Ukraine, a National Deputy (Member of Parliament) of Ukraine, a deputy of
the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a deputy of a local council, or a
village, town or city head (mayor), and to campaign during elections, by means of violence,
deception, threats, bribery or in any other way, shall be punished by restraint of liberty for a term of three to five years, or imprisonment for a
term of two to four years.
2. The same actions committed by a group of persons upon their prior conspiracy, or by a
member of election committee or any other official through abuse of authority or office
shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to five years.
3 Any such acts as provided for by paragraph 1 or 2 of this Article, where they affected the
voting or election outcome, shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of seven to twelve years.
Article 158. Unlawful use of ballots, forgery of election documents, miscount of votes or
misreporting of election returns
1. Giving a ballot, by a member of an election committee, to a person not registered in the list
of electors, or giving ballots (or a ballot) to any voter instead of other voters, -
