COORDINATION  AND  COOPERATION   NCPF   promotes   Public-­‐Private-­‐Civil   Sector   collabora3on   premised   on   the   fact   that   Cybersecurity  is  everyone’s  business.     The   borderless   nature   of   the   cyber   space   and   the   challenges   it   poses   in   terms   of   jurisdic3on  requires  countries  to  cooperate  in  order  to  combat  cybercrime.     There   is   a   need   for   Regional,   Con3nental   and   Interna3onal   coopera3on   on   maders   pertaining  to  Cybersecurity  and  cybercrime  comba3ng.   Page  §  17
