(4) Whoever—
(a) has committed an act of insurgency, banditry, sabotage
or terrorism; or
(b) has attended a course or undergone training referred to
in section 69(1), for which he or she has been
convicted and sentenced or granted a pardon or
amnesty shall not be regarded as an insurgent, bandit,
saboteur or terrorist in respect of that conduct.
74. Causing Disaffection among Police Force or Defence Forces.
Whoever induces, or attempts to induce, or does any act with the
intention or realising that there is a real risk or possibility of
inducing or causing any member of the Police Force or Defence
Forces to withhold his or her services, loyalty or allegiance or to
commit breaches of discipline, commits an offence, and upon
conviction, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not
exceeding two years or with a fine or with both.
75. Publishing or Communicating False Statements Prejudicial
to Southern Sudan.
Whoever, whether inside or outside Southern Sudan, does any of
the following—
(a) publishes or communicates to any other person a
statement which is wholly or materially false with the
intention of realising that there is a real risk or
possibility of—
(i) inciting or promoting public disorder or public
violence or endangering public safety;
(ii) adversely affecting the defence or economic
interests of Southern Sudan;
(iii) undermining public confidence in a law enforcement
agency, or the Defence Forces of Southern
Sudan; or
(iv) interfering with, disrupting or interrupting any
essential service;
