Act 9 Penal Code Act 396. Committing Sexual Harassment. 2008 Whoever intentionally engages in sexual harassment commits an offence, and upon conviction, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, liable to a fine or both. CHAPTER XXIX MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 397. Property in Possession of Husband, Wife, Clerk or Servant. When property is in the possession of a person’s husband or wife, clerk or servant on account of that person, it is in that person’s possession within the meaning of the provisions of this Act. _______________ 200
