This requires the systematic use of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and the associated expertise, the use of technical aids, and the maintenance and expansion of the network of national and international partners. The findings gained on the threat situation must be processed systematically, updated regularly, and presented to each target group as appropriate using the situation radar.
