On the basis of the Secretary-General’s report, the Security Council should require a regular review of all UN sanctions with the aim of enhancing their effective implementation or terminating sanction regimes. 50. The Security Council should request the Secretary-General, where applicable and feasible, to include a substantive section on UN sanctions issues in his reports to the Security Council. 47
