In order to protect the public from any threat to
public safety, public health or in the interest of
national security, the Minister has the power to
direct the Regulatory Authority to issue to any
person a direction suspending or restricting that
person entitlement of his/her right to provide an
electronic communications network or services or
any associated facility.
Afin de protéger le public contre toute menace à la
sécurité publique, à la santé publique ou dans
l’intérêt de la sécurité nationale, le Ministre a le
pouvoir d’instruire l’Autorité de Régulation de
donner à toute personne, ordre de suspendre ou de
restreindre son droit de fournir un réseau ou des
services de communications électroniques ou de
toute installation associée.
