Mandated to:

• Continue the reform and creation of the regulatory authority for the ICT sector;
• Continue the implementation of the promotion and popularization of ICTs in Congo through the establishment of e-government;
• Create a national telecommunications infrastructure management company;
• Continue the legal restructuring of Congo Telecom;
• Extend and modernize wired optical fiber telecommunications throughout the national territory and the interconnection to the subregional network (PCN, CAB);
• Develop the national policy of development of information and communication technologies (cyber strategy);
• Create the National ICT Agency;
• Continue the national policy shift from analog to digital.
