Description

The NIS Compliance Team is tasked with assessing compliance of Operators of Essential Services (OES).

The Compliance Team acts, on behalf of Ireland’s Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, as the Competent Authority on the security of network and information systems in respect of OES and Digital Service Providers (DSPs) as set out in EU Directive 1148/2016 and S.I 360 of 2018.
