[28th September, 2002] PART I PRELIMINARY Short title. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the TELECOMMUNICATIONS (LICENSING CLASSIFICATION, AUTHORISATION, AND FEE STRUCTURE) REGULATIONS. Commencement. 2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 30th day of September 2002. Interpretation. 3.
