Hiring qualified candidates is undoubtedly one of the most difficult parts of the CSIRT establishment process, and may be especially challenging in Latin America and the Caribbean, or any other place where highly trained computer security technicians may be in short supply. Nevertheless, this section can be used as a reference when evaluating candidate profiles during the recruitment process.
