This Strategy is an initiative of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). CSA was established under the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and is managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI). Over the course of a year, representatives from over 50 government agencies, business and professional associations, private companies and academic institutions were consulted. We are grateful to the associations which have engaged their members, and to the many prominent individuals who have graciously offered guidance and advice. Their valuable feedback served as a basis for this Strategy.
