(b) Mandated the Secretary General of COMESA to have REPSS included on the Tripartite Agenda for it to become a Tripartite Facility; and (c) Mandated the Secretary General of COMESA and the Chairman of the COMESA Committee of Governors of Central Banks to engage China, India and The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) on joining REPSS. (b) COMESA, as current Chair of the Tripartite Task Force, should initiate discussions with EAC and SADC to make Monetary and Fiscal Policies Harmonization Programme a Tripartite Programme.
