About NÚKIB NÚKIB (National Cyber and Information Security Agency) is the central administrative body for cybersecurity in the Czech Republic. It is tasked with the protection of classified information contained in information and communication systems and ensuring cryptographic security. NÚKIB also oversees the Galileo global navigation satellite system, which is a public regulated service. Established on August 1, 2017, NÚKIB was created under Act No. 205/2017 Coll., amending Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cybersecurity and on amendments to related acts (the Cybersecurity Act).
