Summary

The Strategy has a dedicated chapter to cybersecurity: “Ensuring Open and Safe Information and Cyber Domains.”

In the fields of information, technology, and cybersecurity, Armenia is working to increase the efficiency of institutions and processes, and develop the underlying infrastructure.
Armenia is committed to developing state information, technological, and cybersecurity policies and strategies, as well as introducing comprehensive mechanisms for the management of the sector.
Armenia aims to develop a legal-normative framework in order to regulate the relationship between the operators of critical information infrastructure, digital service providers, and the state.
The national cybersecurity center and computer emergency response teams will be established.
