  • Coordinates and cooperates with all authorities to improve and fully comply with Law No. 53-70; and with national and foreign governments and institutions to prevent and reduce the commission of high technology crimes;
  • Defines policies, establishes guidelines, and prepares proposals for strategies and plans;
  • Promotes the adoption of international conventions and treaties in this matter and ensure the implementation and compliance of signed and ratified conventions and treaties;
  • Coordinates representation before international organizations in the area of high technology crimes.
