- 23 - According to the assessment results, the Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy shall be updated and modified at the end of each stage in accordance with the existing realities and budgetary planning for the next period. These amendments shall be proposed by the public authorities involved in the implementation process, and the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications shall be responsible for operating the necessary changes and finalizing the Action Plan. The final evaluation report of the Strategy shall be drafted after the end of its final implementation stage, but not later than six months after the last year of implementation. Transparency of the implementation process of the hereby Strategy shall be provided through publication on the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications’ official website of the annual monitoring reports, intermediate assessment reports compiled at the end of each stage of implementation, and the final evaluation Report. The Ministry of Information Technology and Communications shall ensure a wide media coverage of the implementation process of the hereby Strategy and shall provide relevant information to their local and foreign partners.
