(2) Words or expressions which are used in this Law and are also used in the
binding Community Law have, save where the context otherwise requires,
the same meaning in this Law as in the binding Community Law.
(3) Any reference in this Law to a Community Act means such Community
act as from time to time amended or replaced.
(4) In this Law, save where the context otherwise requires –
(a) the terms “dominant position”, “abuse of a dominant position” and
“collusion”, have the meaning assigned to them by the Protection of
Competition Law;
(b) the term “public service” has the meaning assigned to it by the Public
Service Law, Sections 90 to 96.
(5) Unless otherwise specified, terms used in Part 14 of this Law have the
meaning assigned to them by the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of
the Individual) Law.
