(i) of natural gas, (ii) of electricity, including public lighting (iii) of heating, (iv) of water, including disposal or treatment of waste water and sewage, and drainage systems; (b) transport services, including railways, roads, ports and airports; 3(a) of 51(I) of 2012. “network termination point” means the natural or wireless point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network. In the case of networks involving switching or routing, the network termination point is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name; 3(b) of 51(I) of 2012. “non-geographic number” means a number from the Numbering Scheme of the Republic of Cyprus that is not a geographic number and includes, inter alia, mobile, free phone and premium rate numbers; 2 of 113(I) of 2007. “notified body” means a body authorised to perform, for the purposes of this Law, the conformity assessment procedure of terminal equipment with the essential requirements; “Notified SMP operator” means an operator of a fixed public telephone network that has been designated by the Commissioner as holding Significant Market Power in a relevant market, and is thereby susceptible to regulation for its activities in that relevant market; “number portability” means the facility whereby a subscriber may retain his number on a public electronic communications network independently of the public service provider providing service, in the case of geographic 39
