Provision of information to the Commission 86. The Commission may require any particular licensee, or a person operating a device in such form under a licence or a class of such persons to submit information to the Commission, Q) and manner as the Commission may direct, by written notice to the relevant persons. Interception and interference 87. Q) A licensee and any person engaged in the operation or provision of a communications network or service shall intercept or disclose a message, communication or customer information only pursuant to a warrant under the hand of a magistrate or judge in of any connection with the investigation of any criminal offence or for the purposes is criminal proceedings where the maximum penalty that may be imposed by a court at least three years in prison.
