2.7.1. Policy Statement
As information is becoming a valuable resource, it is important to protect critical information
infrastructures from cyber-attacks, reduce cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and be resilient.
As it is important to protect critical information infrastructure to ensure cyber security and to
uplift trust, the government gives due attention to the sector.
Therefore, to prevent cyber incidents and attacks that may target critical information
infrastructures, and to properly govern and manage the country's economic, social and
political issues in coordination and partnership with the private sector, the government will
work by setting the following objectives, strategies, and tactics.
