material or repeated breach in accordance with section 29 and applicable regulations; or (e) the happening of any event or circumstance which, in accordance with the terms of the authorization or with any regulations made under this Act, authorizes the Minister to revoke the authorization. (2) The revocation of an authorization does not relieve the authorized provider of any liability arising from anything done prior to the revocation. (3) The Minister may suspend an authorization , where he or she is satisfied that(a) the holder has failed to start operations within six months of the issue of the authorization or within such additional period as may be allowed by the Minister; (b) the licensee has ceased his or her operation under the authorization; (c) the holder has given the Authority information which is false or misleading in a material particular; (d) the holder has failed to comply with the terms of its licence or any other provisions specified in this Act; (e) it is in the public interest to do so. (4) A decision taken under subsection (3) shall(a) be notified in writing to the licensee; and (b) have effect for not more than thirty days. Termination of authorisation 28. A licence granted pursuant this Act shall terminate, and cease to be valid, in whole or in part, as the case may require, on- 49
