(2) Where the Authority is required to publish a document, the Authority: 5 6 7 8 9 (a) Shall publish the document on its website; and (b) May publish the document in such other manner as the Authority considers appropriate. (3) Subject to subsections (8) and (9), neither the 10 Authority nor any agent of the Authority shall knowingly 11 publish or disclose sensitive information to any person, 12 knowingly allow sensitive information to be disclosed to 13 any person, or use sensitive information for personal 14 advantage. 15 employee of the Authority shall be a breach of the terms 16 of appointment or employment of that person.
