38 (2) This Act repeals the Police Personal Data File Act (509/1995) of 7 April 1995, as amended. (3) Measures necessary for the implementation of this Act may be undertaken before the Act’s entry into force. ________________ Entry into force and application of amendments: (523/2004) This Act comes into force on 1 September 2004.
