Anti-competitive agreements

A licensee shall not enter into any agreement, whether or not
legally enforceable, that unreasonably restricts, or is likely to unreasonably
restrict competition in any communications market in Lesotho.
(2)
An agreement shall be unreasonable if the parties have agreed,
expressly or tacitly, to (a)
fix prices;
(b)
restrict output;
(c)
co-ordinate separate bids;
(d)
allocate customers or geographic markets; or
(e)
not to do business with a specific supplier, licensee or
customer.
