Government-to-Business (G2B): Online sale/procurement of local and central Government goods and services to the commercial business sector; 3. Government-to-Citizen (G2C): Online interaction of local and central Government with private individuals in ways that develop closer relationships between Government and citizens/residents; and 4. Citizen-to-Government (C2G): Creation of channels for citizens to participate in and contribute to Government policy development, for example via e-participation and e-democracy initiatives. What follows is an E-Government Service Delivery Model that illustrates infrastructure requirements, mechanisms for the supply of services to target subjects, and the necessary enablers for successful E-Government provision.
