The publication of the NICTP lays the founding stone required for the development of a comprehensive National ICT Strategic Plan, which will be the roadmap to guide ICT development in this country. I am therefore confident that each and everyone involved will rise up to the challenges and contribute to the creation of a conducive environment and make provision of the appropriate ICT tools for the social, economic and cultural development in the fulfillment of the aspirations of the people of Seychelles.
