Malicious code.-Whoever willfully and without aulhorization writes, offers, makes available, distributes or tmnsmits malicious codc through an information system or device, witir intent to cause harm to any in.bmation system or data resulting in the corruption, destruction, alteration, suppression, theli or loss of the information system or data shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine &hich may extend lo onc million rupccs or with hoth.
