Deliberate Bankruptcy The intentional creation or increase of insolvency, committed by the manager or the owner of a commercial organization, or by an individual businessman, for the doer's benefit or for the benefit of other persons, which has caused large-scale damage or any other grave consequences, shall be punishable with a fine in the amount of two hundred to five hundred minimum monthly wages or by deprivation of liberty for a term of up to three years. Article 218. Fictitious Bankruptcy Fictitious bankruptcy, that is the knowingly false declaration by the manager or owner of a commercial organization, or by an individual businessman, about the doer's, insolvency with the aim of deluding
