SKILLS SKILLS The breadth and depth of cybersecurity responsibilities for the Government, enterprises, and organisations will continue to grow. Amidst an ever-evolving technological landscape, we will need to groom new talent and upskill existing professionals to achieve the objectives discussed in the earlier chapters. It is therefore critical for Singapore to strengthen the cybersecurity talent pipeline. We can do so by leveraging our strong education system to grow a skilled cybersecurity workforce.
